2021-05-24

The New Zealand Journal of Employment Relations (http://www.nzjournal.org/index.htm) is an open access journal that publishes research and practice articles in the broad area of employment relations. It is ranked B on the ABDC list (2020).

Submissions for a special issue of the NZJER to be published in 2022 are welcomed from authors who are researching in the area of global labour mobility.   Areas that are of particular interest are the working experiences of migrant labour, changing labour force demographics and the changing nature of work. We also encourage authors to have a strong New Zealand focus in their research.

Research notes and practitioner papers should not exceed 3,500 words. Longer articles should not exceed 6,000 words. Abstracts of 150-200 words must be submitted to the editors by 30 September 2021. Selected articles must be submitted for anonymous review by 1 Feb 2022 with any corrections or amendments completed by 30 April 2022.
