About the Journal
Focus and scope
The edited multi-disciplinary book series will focus on including current and ongoing research as individual chapters uniquely identified by a DOI. Each chapter will be structured and either blind-reviewed. The focus of the chapter should establish the knowledge gap in the current field and substantiate the appropriate methodology used to address the gap. The chapter could include pilot study results and simulation as deemed.

Copyright clearance should always be indicated and is always the author's responsibility. The author retains the article's copyright while allowing The Book of Future Environments Research the right to publish and republish the paper, for instance, electronically. The authors can republish their articles elsewhere, provided they acknowledge original publication in the Book of Future Environments Research.
Individual authors hold copyright, but offprints in the published format only may be distributed freely by individuals, provided that the source is fully acknowledged. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty.
By publishing in the Book of Future Environments Research, the author(s) agree to disseminate their work through the Book of Future Environments Research.
By publishing in the Book of Future Environments Research, the authors grant a Creative Commons nonexclusive worldwide license (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0): Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial NoDerivs 4.0 International License) for electronic dissemination of the article via the Internet, and a nonexclusive right to license others to reproduce, republish, transmit, and distribute the content of the Book of Future Environments Research. Open Access
This Book of Future Environments Research provides open access to all its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global knowledge exchange. Such access is associated with increased readership and increased citation of an author's work. No charge or any fees is levied for submission, publication or access to articles.
Although the Book of Future Environments Research is open access, authors may share pre- and post-print versions anytime.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is unethical and not allowed. Defined as using another person's written work and portraying another's work as one's original work, any submissions with plagiarised content will be rejected.
Archiving and preservation
This journal's content is preserved using the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archiving systems.
LOCKSS is a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
CLOCKSS is a global archive that preserves content for all libraries and scholars worldwide. CLOCKSS preserves content in 12 strategically chosen libraries across the globe to optimize the content's safety against political and environmental threats.
