Inclusive Teaching Practice Guidance: Does it allow me?

  • Tahera Afrin Unitec

Abstract

The opinion piece presented here is an edited version of an open letter written to the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, dated 13th April 2026, asking for their draft Inclusive Teaching Practice Guidance (ITPG) to be explicitly dedicated for the disabled, including neurodiverse learners, as opposed to ‘all’ learners.
