COVID-19 caused face-to-face learning to become a threat to health (Murphy, 2020) which has meant that learning around the world moved online very rapidly (Alawamleh, 2020; Daniel, 2020; Händel et al., 2020; Sandars et al., 2020) on an untried and unparalleled scale (Burgess & Sievertsen, 2020). Because of the extraordinary conditions that education is experiencing globally, institutions must document the effects of the COVID-19 on the delivery of education (Toquero, 2020) to ensure that it is as effective as possible (Sahu, 2020). The purpose of this article is to document some of the COVID-19 challenges and experiences of the 2020 Master of Applied Indigenous Knowledge cohort.}, number={1}, journal={Te Kaharoa}, author={Rangiwai, Byron and Simati-Kumar Chand, Benita and Mataroa, Rosie}, year={2020}, month={Sep.} }
