Pacific Journal of Technology Enhanced Learning has a focus on informed use and application of technology in learning and teaching. In particular, how design-based research informs and enhances pedagogical use of technology in education and helps create transferable knowledge for use by other practitioners.

The journal is multidisciplinary but with attention to the scholarship of technology enhanced learning (SoTEL).
