Abstract

An introduction to the journal is presented which discusses various reports published within the issue, including one by Robert Manthei on a counsellor or counsellor educator's chosen theoretical orientation as a self-revealing autobiographical statement, one by Frank Seth on the interrelationship between the personal and the professional, and another by Claire Ferguson on the transformation of pastoral care services within a South Auckland, New Zealand high school.
