A Response to Philip Culbertson's Presentation.

Abstract

The author comments on a presentation concerning Christian counseling delivered by counselor Philip Culbertson in New Zealand on July 18, 2008. He expresses his accord on how Culbertson responds to a question of whether he is a Christian counsellor. He notes that he tends not to be receptive about the admission by Culbertson that he disciplines and disciples his clients. The author adds that as a counsellor/psychotherapist/priest, he is influenced by three stories in the Bible, one of which is the Exodus.
