Resumo

Em "A Deep Dive", avalio como o registro em diário, o design editorial e os tokens podem ser usados para melhorar o desempenho dos nadadores. Tornar-se um nadador de alto desempenho requer uma mentalidade forte para superar situações desafiadoras e ter um desempenho de alto nível. Como aspirante a nadador de alto desempenho, usei experiências pessoais para desenvolver uma estratégia para superar esses desafios inerentes ao esporte. Usando uma pesquisa autoetnográfica e reflexiva, incorporei metodologias como desenho, prototipagem, feedback crítico, criação digital e fotografia para concretizar esse projeto. Com base em percepções de áreas contextuais, como mentalidade de crescimento, registro em diário, desempenho baseado em valores e o trabalho de profissionais como Maritn Naumann e Chris Harkin, criei três artefatos distintos: um diário de mentalidade, um livro e cinco fichas de valor.
