Abstract

In the vibrant city of Hong Kong, if you ask locals about their most iconic beverage, you might hear Hong Kong Style Milk Tea or the refreshing “Red Bean Ice.” But what about a drink that suits everyone, from young to old, and is perfect for everyday enjoyment? The answer is Hong Kong Lemon Tea, iced lemon tea or 凍檸茶 (dong ling cha)
