Dilemmas and dialogue in organisational settings

Abstract

Dialogue is invariably thought of as a conversation between two people. But it is much more than that. This article shows how providing a space for dialogue encourages collaborative enquiry in groups of all sizes with beneficial consequences for organisational effectiveness as well as personal wellbeing.
