Abstract

This paper would like to discuss the importance of methodologies for experiential learning including games, industrial speakers, and field study. Those are real practices that have been applied to education activities in Viet Nam. Contributions are the filing for previous literature with a study in Ho Chi Minh city – Viet Nam, by mix methods of both qualitative (observation, real experiences) and quantitative methods (the survey), using surveys employing 10 items from TROFLEI scales. New findings are the moderating effect of the fair treatment of instructors/supervisors felt by the students in the experiences to the performance of on-the-job training/ industrial speaker invitation (which included the innovation and enhanced motivation of students thereafter). Moreover, from observations and qualitative questions, the post-pandemic trend is cutting the cost and increasing of using online media, and notable change methodologies would be based on high-technology or knowledge-intensive techniques/rules, more personal activities which the student could practice alone by themselves, and putting the focus on more creativity-aroused, happier experiences.
